Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Bishop Rd junction with Bishop Lane black wheelie bins always left blocking the pavement forcing children to walk in the road especially when cars are parked in bays. Often additional rubbish is added and currently there is a fridge. The bins need removing or the owners should be forced to take them into their properties or just off the highway
