Bollards being used to create barrier

Reported in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 13:09, Friday 11 September 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

For about a week someone has been creating barriers with bollards and other street furniture at the corner of Sion road and Gladstone Place The blockage has been partially removed on a couple of occasions but keeps getting put back. The site of the obstruction has double yellow lines. I have a feeling that the barriers are to prevent parking on the lines. This happens quite often. The effect of the barriers is to narrow the roadway and would probably make it more difficult for access for emergency services. Perhaps the bollards etc need to be removed to fix the issue
