Drain in gutter outside 62 Broadfield Rd Knowle Park. Bristol BS4 2UL is blocked and has been for over two months. A water leak further up the hill is being investigated by Bristol Water but in the mean while the leaking water is just going over the top of drain and running further down the hill.

The photograph provided by unknown person has nothing to do with complaint of blocked drain. The leak in photo is a separate issue being dealt with by Bristol waterwork. They need council permission to cut tree down so that they can get to the leak.

The water is now above level of drain cover in gutter. When are you going to clear drain? With heavy rain forecast for Wed 30th Sept. Water will be forming a mini lake out into the road. Very dangerous. I hope Bristol council insurance dept is ready for accident claims.

As and when the drain is cleared it will not solve the problem as the next down the road is also blocked and water is over spilling into Springleaze

How long does it take to unblock a drain. You notified me 9th Oct that the job had been given to your contractors. I am still waiting for a miracle to happen. With the heavy rain this week, the road outside my house has been like a boating lake.

Help. SOS. Send for the life boats. There is so much water outside my house that I need a life boat. Why is it taking so long to fix a simple task of unblocking a drain?
