Business not being responsible they leave their rubbish all over the oavements . Why is this ? Why are shop owners not washing the front of their business with soap and disinfectant . We are in the middle of a pandemic Please can you speak to all owners by writing to them . If they break waste management rules they should be fined. Thank you
