Very bright light disturbing my nursery room

To whom it may concern,

Would it be possible to shield the selected street light in the direction of the back of my house, 166 Thingwall Park? I find it quite annoying as it is excessively bright, shining through both the nursery room upstairs and the kitchen downstairs. It would be great if something could be done about it.
