This is a breach of BCC residence parking rules. Yet the Church Road Motors on Warwick Road in Easton BS5 continue to miss use 2 of the three car parks on Fox Road.. The Estates Officer says he has spoken to the business owner but he continues to disrespect the rules and residence . 2 vehicles have not moved for a month now . Why is this allowed ? They profit from using our car parks which is not granted to people who live on the street. Why is this?
Or do they have a agreement which is not shared with the local residence .

Although the BCC has kept their promise and erected signs and have removed all the vehicles from the car parks on Fox Road . The Church Road garage still park their customer cars along Fox Road. These vehicles are not legal as they are waiting to be MOT”d. Residence say Fox Road should not be used as an overflow for Church Road Motors going forward and wish it would stop.
