"Loading Only" sign missing from wall adjacent to loading bay on Bridewell Street making the TRO unenforceable. LOADING BAY HAS BEEN REPAINTED BUT THE ORIGINAL LOADING ONLY SIGN ON THE WALL HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED.
