The garden wall of 49 Berkeley Road has been damaged by frost. The resident has arranged for its repair but is concerned it could present a risk to passers-by if it collapses. She requests the council to put up a temporary barrier until the wall is repaired. The resident has no online access so I am sending this on her behalf
