THIS ISSUE WAS REPORTED A MONTH AGO

Cover to storm drain is missing. This has left an open shaft that is barely visible in the dark. The open shaft is potential risk of serious or death to any cyclist as it could result in people falling into on coming traffic. The hedge row and tree canopy is really overgrown and is pushing cyclists and pedestrians closer to the open shaft. These issues require urgent remedial works. There is no excuse to leave these issues for a month. This is negligence and shows a total lack of respect for the public of south bristol.
