Tree root causing pavement to rise and rain to pool.

Reported in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 10:08, Tue 29 September 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The tree root outside no 88 is pushing the tarmac up making the ground uneven. In July new tarmac was put on it but this just made the lump bigger and when it rains it causes the water to pool and run down the steps and flood the residents front door. The tarmac is breaking again and she asks to please not put more on top but if there is anything else that can be done to direct the water away from the property?
