Road surface breaking up

Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 16:39, Tue 29 September 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The single track section of road in Cassey Bottom Lane (Near no 32) also serves as a footpath. It’s used as a route to schools. It’s too narrow for tar spraying so is deteriorating again. There are a number of defects where the road surface is breaking up. If untreated this will create hazards in the winter fir pedestrians. An intervention now will per long the use. Last time it was manually tar sprayed with the normal footpath coating which has worked well for several years. Please add to your inspection programme.
