Double Yellow lines not repainted

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2319098.

After repair work 12 months ago cones were left but the double yellows were not repainted. Parked vehicles are causing issues with access and refuse/recycling clearance so need to be repainted urgently. If there is any delay could cones be used to prevent parking? Thanks
