Pair of trainers hanging above pavement on overhead line

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2319613.
Outside 24 Cranbrook Road BS6 7BL there is a pair of trainers hanging over the pavement on an overhead line. I'm not sure how long they've been there for. (There is no category for this on the web form)
