Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Missing/ hidden information on road sign for the two lanes , due to overgrown bushes/trees. Unable to read sign until too late and therefore also unable to change lane at the right time

A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
