Outside 47 Halsbury road the drain is blocked and floods the road during rain.

  • I (local resident) have cleared all leaves and debris from the two drains this morning and flood water has passed. However, there is circa 16 inches of soil in the gully which I cannot clear with a broom handle. I have made holes to allow water through temporarily but it needs jetting/suction.
