Cars parking over kerb, bin not collected

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Cars are constantly parking over drop curb in front of the bin at Elm Road Studios. This prevents the bin from being collected. This is happening despite no parking signs on the garage door and has been going on for over a year. Please put double yellow lines in front of the curb.
