This bollard has been lying down for at least four days and children are rolling it around with their feet when they pass. It's very heavy and could seriously harm a person, animal or vehicle.

  • 10/10 it has now been put upright by someone so I have laid it down. It could fall on a dog or small child. It needs to be removed as a matter or urgency before serious injury occurs.
