Damaged pavement kerb where a non illuminated bollard has been knocked into and uprooted, very uneven surface which is a trip hazard.

Recently observed, as councillor concerned someone will trip over broken bollard/ kerb especially if they are visually impaired.

This has still not been fixed Friday 16th Oct 2020 at 11.15am. Serious tripping hazard.
