Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2333430.
Coming back off holiday from Devon with my family on the 11/08/20 @ 15:17, had a full car including myself, friend and 2 children. Unavoidably hit this pothole on marksbury road outside of oasis academy which resulted in damage to my car. I managed to pull the car to a save place to park on wedmore vel, post code: bs35jb. This was a scary ordeal for me and my family. Due to the extreme damage caused my father got the car towed to his local garage where work was done including reconditioned rear axle and rear shock absorbers plus labour totalling £470 (invoice included). The pothole was then reported by my father to Bristol city council. Bristol city council acknowledged the report (ref: bs35jb. I would like to claim for my full invoice of £470.00.
Thank you,
Charlene McQuaid
