Third time reporting street light not lit on Horley Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Street lights outside number 19 and 33 Horley Road are not lit. Third time reporting the one outside number 19. There have been lots of cars broken into on the street and having the lights out is not helping!
