Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Residents of No.37 Merrywood Road have left large cardboard packaging for recycling collection, though this was not collected and it now obstructing the pavement causing a H&S issue. I witnessed a mother with a pushchair struggle to pass the obstruction. If elderly, it will be a trip hazard. The longer it's left, the greater the slip hazard.
