A house owner has put large plant holders on the public street. The larger ones make vehicles swerve into the street. Students walk in the street and vehicles get in the way of traffic leaving the grange

Hi I noticed vehicles needing to turn away from the pot while traffic is exiting the large Grange residence. Also lots of students and kids are walking on the street and there are parked vehicles etc. A friend has suggested a footpath to the right to help with this.
