I have called today to report that the issue with the bad smelling water from outside 284-286 Church Road has still not been resolved, and has been ongoing for quite some time now. every one is complaining of the bad smell, which can only be described as a "sewerage" smell, and which is running down the street. The storm drain on the corner of Church Road and Richmond Road is constantly full or over flowing with foul smelling water. The Blue Sky Take Away have had Drainage companies out over the last few months, but still this continuing to be a problem. And they have had renovations done to both Blue Sky and the Karpaty Market. I hope that no one had fitted a toilet in to a Storm Drain pipe that is then flowing out on to the street. Please can this issue be looked in to as soon as possible as it is an Environmental Health Issue.

Sunday the 21-03-21. Dirty smelly water being poured out onto the street and running down the road, past a Blocked Storm Drain, past a corner shop where customers are having to put up with the constant smell, and all the way down to the next Storm Drain. This is a daily issue that residents have been having to put up with for a long time now. Please can we have an update as to when this will be sorted!!!

Monday the 22-03-21 Again we have more dirty smelly water being poured out onto the street. As mentioned above, this is a daily occurance and has been going on for a long time now. What needs to be done to get this sorted, and when??? Do we need to contact the Environmental Health Department to investigate?

When calling Bristol City Council, the automated system says "The best place to find information regarding your concern is BCC website", but yet there is no information on here regarding this long term and ongoing issue, and is never updated by BCC. So how do we find out what is happening with this??? Please can we have an urgent update!!! The constant smell and pouring of dirty water out into the street from number 286 Church Road is disgusting and can only be described as sewage.

This issue was closed for some reason back in October 2020. "This enquiry is now closed. No further action is required. State changed to: Fixed Posted by Bristol City Council at 17:38, Tue 13 October 2020" and re-opened in March 2021 after a phone call to BCC. Surely it doesn't take this long to investigate a major issue where sewage or very bad smelling water is being poured out onto the street on a daily basis??? This issue has been ongoing since October 2020!!!

Please can Bristol City Council give an urgent update as what is happening with this, as it is still a major ongoing issue with foul smelling water being poured on to the street which is running down the road due to the Storm Drain on the corner STILL being blocked.
When will the Storm Drain be sorted so at least we can stop the water running down the street affecting local shops and their trade.
