Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Fox Road in Easton BS5 - after Estate officer from Bristol City Council did his 2 walk abouts. This is still there , it’s has been there for 6 months and tenants not contacted to remove their abandon household furniture .

Why is this area allowed to be a dumping ground?
