Obstructed pavement access for wheelchair users & pedestrians due to overgrown shrubs/hedges.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2342281.
Ongoing problem over the years. Many of the shrubs and branches are coming from 47 Filton Avenue, they have been informed but no change. My son is a wheelchair user and we are forced to use the road to get round it. Once the football starts up again we will have even more congestion spilling out into the Filton Ave/Gloucester and Muller Road because of the crowds also having to walk in the road. It needs to be cut right back and shrubs outside 47's property to be destroyed.
