Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Yesterday I reported that our water meter/ stopcock was covered over by new pavement surface treatment. Sorry about this but I didn't see that there was protection over the cover which the workforce has removed so I need to withdraw the report as the cover is no longer obstructed.
