Water Ingress in the basement of 6-8 St Nicholas Street, Bristol

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Each time it rains water is pouring into the basement of 6-8 St Nicholas Street from the vaulted ceiling that goes under the road. We are new tenants of the property with effect from 14th October 2020 and would like this problem investigated please as we unable to use this part of the basement. As new tenants we do not know how long water has been coming through. Our Company name is Round the Clock & Co Ltd.
