Large mound in pavement at top of Everest Avenue, Fishponds as you go down the road.

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 17:09, Tue 20 October 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This was reported in May 2019 and I'm not sure that it has even been inspected. Today contractors did Slurry Seal treatment which has now covered in the cracks in the tarmac. As the surface is black, the very big mound, which is tree roots(?), cannot be seen well in the dark and would be quite a hazard for someone walking down the pavement who doesn't know it's there. Also, even in daylight, it would be a hazard for someone who has poor eyesight. The mound is on the side of 9(?) Everest Road. A mobility scooter would not be able to use that pavement, which means that it is not disabled friendly.
