Rats and mice run around because no cleaning service under the council can engage with residence and co ordinate clean up in Easton. Why?

Poor state of affairs exspecially when we are forced to pay thousands in Council Tax which increases every year.

We have been robbed.

Please can more action be taken to resolve these long on going issues. Thank you
