Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

7 Men constantly block the pavement through the day and evening they block people from walking by them , they drink and smoke outside the Polish shop on Church road,People say there useing scanners on people,I walk out in the road sometimes round cars parked outside to go past them.
