Broken speed camera left where it fell

Reported via desktop in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 12:43, Thu 22 October 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

One of the two speed cameras on the A4 Portway, located between Valerian Close and Woodwell Road on the outbound carriageway came down a number of years ago and the mounting pole remains abandoned on the central reservation with a large peice of orange fence tied to it. if memory serves correct then this has been in this state for around five years. Please could the pole and fence be removed or maybe even re-instate the camera?
