Insufficient road signage and speeding

I live in a cul-da-sac and there is insufficient road signage for our street. Many people attempt to cut through, but we are a dead-end. Many drivers drive much to fast into and out of Kathdene Gardens. I strongly believe we need a dead-end sign and a speed restriction sign of 5MPH. Many drivers dangerously drive on the pavement to reverse at speed out of our street. I'm deeply concerned this could end in an accident with a child getting run over or hit.
