Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is a dip in the pavement in front of 22 Pearl Street which is allowing water to puddle across the access to the property. My elderly neighbour Jenifer, the owner of 22 Pearl Street, has asked me to contact the council on her behalf as she is deaf.
