Business don’t maintain there sites

Why are these business on Stapleton Roadbin Easton allowed to trade in such dirty environments ??? The back is the same and along the street . Bins overflowing and litter every where. Why ? Please can you explain this is not good for the area or health and Saftey .

Please ask them to clean up or fine them .
