Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Obstruction at lower entrance to Glenfrome school on Glenfrome Road still not fixed. Has been closed, passed around and still not fixed. Needs cover to manhole or some such. Still waiting....... Same problem as Inreported with photos before
