Cooksley Road sign falling off

Hello

The Cooksley Road sign (half on my house No.49 & half on my neighbours, No.51) is about to fall off and getting worse in this bad weather. I got a friend to go up a ladder and try to fix it himself but he was unable to. Could someone come and take a look for me please before it comes down completely?
