  • There has been a couple of people falling as a result of feeling disorientated and therefore this has become a serious safety issue. In addition I am a university student trying to write my dissertation and I can see the flickering through my window and curtains which is very distracting. I would really appreciate it if this problem could be fixed ASAP to prevent further issues both in a safety and pastoral sense.
