Collapsing CATV Manhole

Hi there,

This manhole cover is in front of my property and the concrete is collapsing around it and coming away. It is in imminent danger of coming exposed and is currently a trip hazard, but is only going to get worse. It is outside 22 Trymside, BS9 2HB. It has been getting worse for the last month or so.
