There is a drain on the curbside on B4052/Sussex Place right outside number 40 that is blocked. As we are in a high risk flood zone (this street used to be a river) it is very important this is unblocked. As it is in a depression all the water gathers here but has nowhere to go because the drain is silted you. I am sure other drains on this street have a similar problem but as this one is directly outside my house I cannot fail to notice its lack of function. I am fearful of coming rains and potential flooding because of this blocked drain. I have already reported this problem many many months ago and nothing has been done.
