Public footpath blocked

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Bishop Road and Bishop Lanes junction. The site has rubbish all over the public footpath as well as wheelie bins blocking safe access on the public footpath. Today there is a fridge freezer dumped on the public footpath. All of these blockages on the public footpath are creating an accident waiting to happen as people are having to step into the public highway to avoid these blockages. The issue has been going on for a number or months as it is only a matter of time before there will be an road accident or fatality at this location.
