Flooded drain Junction A38 Gloucester Rd & Dorian Rd
Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 18:42, Sun 1 November 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2366410.
The drain at the junction between A38 Gloucester Road and Dorian Way just by Horfield Sports Centre always floods after heavy rain making it difficult and unsafe for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists to negotiate. It's been like this for months if not years and is worse now with fallen leaf litter in the drain. The camber of the road at the corner is too steep or not steep enough, I'm not sure which, to get excess rain water to drain away sufficiently quickly. It's difficult for motorists not to end up accidentally soaking pedestrians standing at the corner (I have video clips but the system won't let me attach them).
