Privet hedge obstructing pavement

The privet hedge at the end of The Paragon is obstructing half of the pavement. The pavement is wide enough for two people to pass safely. However, the hedge is taking up half the pavement meaning people cannot pass each other safely and have to walk in the road. The same issue also occurs as the same hedge extends down Sion Hill. The hedge should be trimmed back to the level of the retaining wall, which would reinstate the full width pavement.
