Horrendous smell - NOT FIXED

Reported via mobile in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 13:12, Mon 2 November 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Previous report, submitted on 20th September 2020, was closed this morning as the status had been changed to 'Fixed':

"There is a very obnoxious smell coming from the drain(s) outside 19-21 Chessel Street. We moved to the area a little while ago, and it's been present and unattended the whole time. It's now so severe that we can smell it in the back gardens."

Following the visit from the drain team this morning, they advised the cap (that stops a waste pipe entering in to the drain) is MISSING and they have been unable to replace it. They will return at a later date, with a cap. This is NOT fixed.
