Potholes, raised manholes and "ramps" across road surface, with large ramps, with no signs.

As of today, the road surface is in various states of repair/disrepair. There are very large "ramps" / raised tarmac edges, without signs, that could cause significant damage to cars and cyclists. Regardless of the need for signs, the ramps pose their own safety risk and should be fixed.

The raised manholes edges similarly pose a safety risk to cars and cyclists. The road surface has been a constant issue for over a year (and up to three years according to other reports) and is not safe. Please can you fix before injury or damage occurs.
