Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

All drains not emptying, ponds of foul stagnant water, leaf litter turned to mush, inc. on steps. Near Kingsmarsh House, down to subway Lawrence Hill, pedestrian well.

  • Wed.25th Nov. Some leaves bagged up, drains still not emptying, because there is some other reason, eg. Main drain pipe silted up, pump faulty if there is one.
