Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Garden light on the garage of a house that shines onto the bungalows in lambrook road instead of the garden, it has a range of shining in at least 6 bedrooms on and off all night as soon as it gets dark . the light picks up walkers cars and lorries the house it is attached to is on the corner of North Devon road and Lambrook road. The light has been up around a month.
