The pavement is completely blocked. No protection to pedestrians wishing to use it. Anyone walking in the dark will not be aware of a mound of earth blocking their route. How long must this be allowed to go on?

Pavement still dug up. Becoming increasingly dangerous during dark evenings as pedestrians at risk of births trips and falls and being forced onto the road with risk of collision with vehicle.
Understand issue is with site owner, contractors but important to make good or at least install barriers/signage in the interim.
