Manhole cover making hideous noise 24hrs a day every time something drives over it

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Manhole cover getting looser and noisier. Keeping family awake at night .its in middle of rd just up from 58 winterstoke rd. Right on bus stop but nearly on white lines in middle of rd. Been noisy approx a month but now its horrendous
