Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Person who lives in 44a on bishop manor road, speeds in his work van daily, he speeds all the way down bishop manor road in excess of at least 40 mph or higher, it wont be long before somebody gets run over or killed

This person who drives this van needs their licence removes and be banned from driving, van almost crashed into a parked car and tipped over on the bend of this road because of the speed he was going at, speed was 45 mph or higher
