New Pavement Tar has covered my water meter

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2378019.
The picture shows that the meter access right at the bottom of the steps is no longer there and has been covered over, this need rectifying ASAP

What is the progress because I need to take week apart meter readings to rectify a leak that was on the stop cock, so would like an update please, preferably with a date of when you are going to rectify? I'm happy to dig it all up but someone will need to come and make good.
